The NH Leadership in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Program (NH LEND) is a collaboration among Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, the College of Health and Human Services at the University of New Hampshire, and the Center for Community Inclusion and Disability Studies/UCED at the University of Maine-Orono. 

The University of Massachusetts Medical School / Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center LEND program is one of two LEND programs in Massachusetts.

LEND Boston is based at the Institute for Community Inclusion at Children’s Hospital Boston.

The Vermont LEND program, Vermont Interdisciplinary Leadership Education for Health Professionals (VT-ILEHP), is based at the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT.
