GEMSS has been launched!

Genetic Education Materials for School Success (GEMSS) is a new website for elementary school teams working with children with genetic conditions. Please explore, please share, and please take the survey to help us make it better!

This is a product of the NEGC's Dissemination, Education and Marketing (DEM) work group, chaired by Dr. Leah Burke. Congratulations!

Lisa Bujno, NH DHHS, represented NEGC at SACHDNC

Lisa Bujno, MSN, APRN, attended the Secretary's Advisory Committee on Heritable Disorders in Newborns and Children in Washington, DC, on January 26-27. Lisa is Bureau Chief in the NH Division of Public Health Services, and was especially interested in discussions regarding Critical Congenital Heart Disease (CCHD), a recent addition to newborn screening panel recommendations.
